I don't know if it is relevant to the photo but the car is a 1964 model Chevrolet. The Dreesman building was on the west side of main near the south end as I recall. That would put Rose's (Rose Meester) Cantina to the north and the library and jail to the south.

north side was grout clothing store then rose bar they were in thesame building
