This is a great photo of the high school building. How many details can you notice that are a little different today? The windows are all 9-panes on top. Three doors for the front entrance. Lots of space for bicycle parking too!

Haven't seen the old school in many years so I can't compare this photo to new but I do remember the school buses pulling up into the "horseshoe" to drop off and pick up students. We also played "pump-pump pull away" across the horseshoe. The principal's office was behind the windows in the lower right of the building..J.B. Speake was his name.
I have made the only other comment on this photo so will not say more about the school. I would like to say thank you to whomever it is that posts these pictures and invites our comments. If anyone reading this has ANYTHING at all to relate regarding any of the photos or postings, please don't be shy to comment. I sometimes feel like I'm all alone here! HELP
